Republicans began the year with 14 failed votes to elect a Speaker. They then went weeks without any Speaker at all.
Now they have unanimously supported an impeachment inquiry into the President despite their own members admitting they have zero evidence or basis to do so.
In every case Republicans have shown they cannot lead and that they put petty political game-playing over delivering real outcomes to the American people.
